When I first saw the marketing hype for the Honda Fury, I thought the Fury might be a street fighter but not a CB919 with bug eyed headlights; instead Honda’s version or answer to Suzuki’s B-King. The Honda Odyssey 2009 :Excellent Van with just minor little issues 2009

The Honda Odyssey 2009 , The 2009 Odyssey is a 4-door, up to 8-passenger mini van, available in 7 trims, ranging from the LX to the Touring w/ PAX Tires. So far, I have 1k miles on this van and I love the ride, nice pick up, ease of everything, the standard power liftgate is a nice feature, storage and interior are perfect...Gas mileage I thought would be better with that vario cam but it does not seem any better, possibly no better than if it did not have it.. I also would say the cup holders are not great & the road noise is a little loud (I would expect a little more sound proofing than what it has). The Nav works good if you know the commands like "find the nearest gas station etc.., but it works about as good as you think a voice NAV would (meaning works about 60% of the time) when trying to tell it an address, I just key it in and not mess with talking to it. The DVD screen is a little small, especially if sitting in the far back, A few more inches bigger would make a great screen that is visable...Overall besides those small issues I think the van is great and I would recommend it..Upon introduction, the LX is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 244-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway. The Touring w/ PAX Tires is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 244-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.

I love this car Honda Fit 2009 2010 . The New Model Honda Fit 2009 is very economicaly fuel. We got over 40 MPG highway with 4 passegers on a recent trip. The car specification of Honda Fit has lots of seat configurations which is nice for dogs in the back area. Although there are alot of blind voids where the dogs paws go through, you need to lay a piece of cardboard or mat down so this wont happen. When the rear windows are open, at around 40 MPH, a loud fluttering sound blasts air through your head, which I cannot understand the reason. I was washing the roof and if I put slightly heavy pressure on the sponge, the metal would start to colapse in. It poped back out and did not damage or leave an imprint, but made me suspect the metal may be thin, since this never happened on my former cars. Perhaps that makes it lighter thus better MPG?The dash lights are really pretty. Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow, all so pretty together plus there is a MPG meter that is allways displaying the MPG you are supposedly getting at that each moment you travel. A yellow light came on to tell me a tire was below pressure. I put some air in them and it went away. This helps reduce gasoline usage.I got the sport automatic and was concerned about acceleration. It turns out, it is just fine. Takes off quick when pulling out into traffic. If you want a fuel efficient wagon, you cant go wrong with a Fit.EPA estimated 28 mpg city/35 hwy/31 combined for base Fit with automatic transmission. Honda Expands on 2010 Vision, Says Goodbye to the Insight

Adding to the vision set forth by Honda CEO Takeo Fukui during his mid-year speech delivered earlier this week (earlier post), Honda executives provided additional details on the path that Honda has chosen for the future, including the disclosure that production of Honda’s first hybrid, the Insight, would end this year.
A Honda representative said that the company would end production of the iconic Insight hybrid in September. Introduced in December of 1999, the Insight was the first mass-produced hybrid sold in America, beating the Toyota Prius to the North American market by a matter of months.
Early 5-speed Insights which were shipped to the US without air conditioning garnered a 70 mpg EPA highway fuel economy rating. Current production Insights equipped with manual transmissions and A/C are rated at 66 MPG highway/60 MPG city.
The Insight has thus maintained Honda’s title as maker of the most fuel-efficient passenger car sold in America as measured by EPA fuel economy ratings, a distinction long enjoyed by a succession of Honda models beginning in the 1970s.

On the Road, My test 140-horsepower EX-L had lively acceleration in town, but average 65-75 mph passing ability. The Hybrid is slower, and the GX NGV is no fireball, but the Si is quick. All engines are small and thus require high revs for the best performance, but they hum with sewing-machine smoothness.
The manual transmission shifts smoothly, and the automatics are responsive, although the CVT automatic takes some getting used to. The brakes provide effective stopping power, with a pedal that has a soft-but-linear action. Anti-lock brakes are standard.
