The 2009 Raider is a 4-door, up to 6-passenger compact pickup, available in 4 trims, ranging from the LS Extended Cab 2WD MT to the LS Double Cab 4WD.ProsLooks great, riders great, powerful V6 engine Consno tilt wheel, dash board seems cheap plastic I love this truck, but the model I bought does not have a tilt wheel, which I,m a big man and have trouble getting my legs under the wheel. The dash board seems not to line up on top by the passenger air bag area. I have not heard back from the dealership yet if there will fix or not. The Raider does look nice, and handles well.Upon introduction, the LS Extended Cab 2WD MT is equipped with a standard 3.7-liter, V6, 210-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The LS Double Cab 4WD is equipped with a standard 3.7-liter, V6, 210-horsepower engine that achieves 14-mpg in the city and 18-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.

Equipped with Aprilia’s race-winning 452cc electronic-fuel injection 77-degree V-Twin engine, the 450 MXV allows riders to choose between two unique ignition settings. The factory default setting - dubbed the “Big Bang” - delivers exceptional rideability, control and traction, due to the closed firing gap between the two cylinders. By activating the “Screamer” setting, the firing gap is changed to a standard for a 77° V-Twin, translating into maximum engine performance for seasoned experts who want to really push the competition’s buttons – and the 12,500 rpm limit. It's so... exactly what you would think a dirt bike would like from Aprilia. Sleek but overly complicated, smooth yet somehow cobby. I think it's cool that brands like BMW and Aprilia are finally ready to play in the dirt but higher MSRPs combined with goofy "innovations" are going to keep these things out of many garages. I would only buy one if I hit the lotto and as a conversation piece at that. Amazing technological exercise but I can't see hustling one around a mx course. I don't get the point of these bikes, they seem barely competitive against the 450 singles as is, their added weight, complexity and notorious unreliablity don't seem to warrant turning them into motorcross bikes imho. I could see if they were bomb proof and had a wide ratio tranny they might make killer desert racers but I'd never ride one farther from my truck than I'd like to walk

Aprilia showed a lot of interest. I actually think that a certain amount of '07 Model SXV 4.5's are available for conversion through Sands' shop, or will be soon for something like $11-12k. Maybe Aprilia will take it further and build treet legal ones if enough interest is shown. I'd sure love to be able to buy one!
The MXV’s sophisticated electronic engine management system also has a number of motocross firsts. The Dell’Orto fuel injection system with 38 mm throttle bodies is managed by a programmable electronic control unit (ECU) that allows riders to switch between hard/soft mappings at the touch of a button on the handlebars. There are some innovative features on this bike. I like the adjustable firing and adjustable power profiles. Being a V-Twin is also cool, but I'm surprised this little twin "only" revs to 12,500. That motor looks very compact!

The engine features dry sump lubrication with the oil tank integrated inside the crankcase. Separate lubrication for gearbox and engine keep oil efficient for longer, contributing to longer than traditional maintenance intervals.

A valve gear based on a single overhead cam and four titanium valves per cylinder provide the ideal balance of compactness, light weight and performance. Thanks to its advanced technology, the Aprilia off-road V-Twin engine is extremely civilized and silent running even in this motocross version. It complies easily with FIM rules for noise emissions.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class 2009 2010 is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sports sedan, available in 6 trims, ranging from the C300 Sport Sedan to the C63 AMG Sport Sedan. My first Benz! I commute almost 80 miles daily so I wanted a car I would enjoy driving. It's got great handling and a lot of power - so much so that I've become a much more aggressive driver (probably not a good thing since I'm female AND asian) The car has a lot of features such as seat warmers, bluetooth, Ipod, navigation etc which keeps me comfortable and entertained. I feel safe in this car - that I'm not just driving a piece of plastic at 90 miles on the freeway and there is more separating me from death than a sheet of aluminum! I can feel both young AND responsible in this car!...Upon introduction, the C300 Sport Sedan is equipped with a standard 3.0-liter, V6, 228-horsepower engine that achieves 18-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The C63 AMG Sport Sedan is equipped with a standard 6.2-liter, V8, 451-horsepower engine that achieves 12-mpg in the city and 19-mpg on the highway. A 7-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
Wind noise at 130 mph on desert in Nevada - just to test and break my own speed record for a 3 second thrill! Feels solid, holds on tightly to the road. At 70, it feels like you are moving around 50! Its very quite. No heat-up, no issues during my journey. This is a C 240 with 6 cylinders. Its not very quick initially but picks up speed pretty fast. 80mph feels like 50. Very low wind-noise. Is solid as you can feel its strength when you open its doors. It looks small but its heavy.Since this is a rear-wheel drive, it handles safe on snow but is awkward in snow like other cars. I wish I had the 4 matic. Heard that its great on snow. You need to put in premium fuel and that is a drawback with the fuel prices being high. Maintenance is high but the quality that you enjoy is worth paying for

New Lincoln MKX 2009 2010, While the Lincoln MKX is notably smaller than its Navigator sibling, the second-row seatbacks in the Lincoln MKX fold forward to accept large items: more than 68 cubic feet worth. Few owners will exceed the 3,500-pound maximum towing capacity (when properly equipped) or the 950-pound payload rating of the Lincoln MKX. The Lincoln MKX gets an EPA rating for the front-wheel drive version of 17 miles per gallon in the city and 24 miles per gallon on the highway. The optional all-wheel-drive system is appealing for those who regularly battle snowy conditions.We love our MKX. We got the Ultimate package and all the bells and whistles. The Vista Roof is a must and the 20" rims really make this vehicle stand out from all the rest. We rarely see other MKX's around which makes our car very unique and we live in a large city.
The comfort is amazing for both front and rear passengers. The rear seats are heated and even recline allowing the passengers to lean back and peer out at a night sky through the rear skylight.
Although it may make you feel lazy, the power rear hatch is a God send when you have your hands full.
My favorite feature by far is the Air Conditioned seats. All too often, she's cold and I am hot. All I need to do is turn these on and we are both comfortable.
I think the vehicle is alittle pricey all in all. If you are going to get one, however, getting all the extra options won't set you back as much as you might think so spring for them... you'll be happy in the long run

The Octavia vRS features a redesigned front grille, new headlights (an adaptive xenon lighting system will be optional), new taillights, available 18-inch Neptune alloy wheels, and the latest must have for virtually all European automakers - LED daytime driving lights. The 2009 Matrix is a 4-door, 5-passenger wagon, available in 7 trims, ranging from the Base 5-Spd MT to the. XRS 4-Spd AT. I would recommend this car to anyone. I did have trouble with my emergency brake cord sticking but it was fixed with no problem. The dash is hard to keep clean because of the ruff surface, it was probably designed by a man that never dusted (he! he!) and the dash could be a little flatter. If your short its hard to see the front right side when cornering. Wish I didn't have to use low profile tires they are expensive and the rides is ruff. But all in all its a great little car, good on gas, lots of room to carry stuff once you put the rear set down.I purchased the brand new Matrix 2009 model in February 2008. The shape and rear end is not much different from the old model. The only antenna I am not really impressed, it should be built-in like many other new models. I like the performance that once I drove @85km or more when cornering the car was so stable and sticky on the road. Brake system is also excellent. It's worth the price.Upon introduction, the Base 5-Spd MT is equipped with a standard 1.8-liter, I4, 132-horsepower engine that achieves 26-mpg in the city and 32-mpg on the highway. 2009 Kawasaki KLX250S , I used to write for CYCLE and CYCLE WORLD (Japan Correspondent) and I appreciate a clean, straightforward style. I have a strong lust to get a pair of the KLX250s for poking around West Java, which has more than its share of hidden trails. It's extremely rugged and volcanic and it's hard to find anything horizontal for more than a few feet. Great enduro territory. But the local machines come fitted with fuel injection - not with carbs, like the US models. Puzzling - you'd expect that they'd do it the other way around, letting the more technologically-advanced Americans have the injected model. I also hope that the FI machine has the same smooth response at small throttle openings as the carburetor-fitted one does. I've ridden machines before with snappy FI and it's not so pleasant when traction is tenuous. Keep up the great work. (Byron Black) .Considering its intended purpose as an all-around motorbike, the KLX transmits enough feedback to make it easy to go fast.Everything about the KLX250S is on the gentle side. The suspension is as soft as the mellow power delivery and the riding position is painless. On the trails the shock and fork absorb the rough stuff admirably so advanced riders will be able to easily push the KLX to its limit.The KLX250S might not be the biggest or baddest off-road bike to come out of the Kawasaki camp but it will go farther than most riders will be willing to go.At 250cc the KLX250S is clearly intended to be an off-road machine first and foremost. It can still move along just fine on the highway with an indicated top speed of just around 90mph but it doesn’t accelerate as fast as its more aggressive MX-style siblings.
The '09 250S is Kawasaki's latest entry to the increasingly popular dual-sport market that its steadfast KLR650 has dominated over the years. Kawasaki sees a need for a competent off-road dual-sport and that's where the light, compact and quick handling S comes into play.Changes to the steering geometry have the rake decreased from 27.5 to 26.6 degrees to make it more responsive to rider input off-road. During our day of bashing we didn't tackle a ton of technical terrain but it was clear the bike is light on its feet and easy to manhandle in the rocks of Death Valley's twisty canyons. The first real challenge came at the halfway point through the rugged Echo Canyon section. After miles of rough road riding an imposing 100-ft section of boulders and rocks that climbed about 20 feet proved to be a challenge and assured us the 250S is an off-road bike at heart. An inverted 43mm fork with 16-way-adjustable compression damping does a nice job of absorbing small to medium sized hits but it dives quite a bit on the street under braking. The rear shock features 16-way adjustability for both compression and rebound. Stock settings are on the soft side, so it rides like a Cadillac over the roads we traversed, absorbing all bumps and moderate-sized ruts without complaint. As the speeds pick up and the hills become jumps and the rocks turn threatening the suspension is pretty wimpy. Despite this, it recovers from hard hits without much wag in the bars. A testament to its capable chassis arose when our guide dusted me out during a high-speed run through the desolate wasteland of the Amargosa Desert. The 2010 GLK-Class is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the GLK350 and the GLK350 4MATIC.
The styling on the outside. The front end is fantastic. Very good fog lamps. Nice side profile. The ride is much better than the ML350 but does not hold as much either. The 3.5 liter motor is strong and smooth up to the red line. The dash layout is very good and user friendly.This has to be the best mercedez out right now. It is not a huge car but it is not very small. I drove it on the beach and it run perfectly as if we were on a nice smooth road. It is much better than my old bmw by gas mileage, how it runs, reliability, and more. I was really suprised at how good of a car it is because it is a mercedez but it is very good. Upon introduction, the GLK350 is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 268-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. The GLK350 4MATIC is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 268-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 21-mpg on the highway. A 7-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims. But, I have has already two problems with electrical items- the power sun roof motor burned out and was replaced in two hours and the climate controls which shorted out. That required over a week for a part from Poland or some eastern European country

I feel as if Volkwagen designed a vehicle specifically for me, as a single 30-something without children looking for a surprise value in a well-rounded car. This certainly surprised me: I was 100% unaware of this car when I walked onto the lot and while waiting for a salesman was instantly drawn to the CC. When I saw a stick, I knew I had to drive, and as anyone who has driven the CC stick will tell you, once you drive it you are hooked!The combination of stunning looks, German engineering, efficient turbo engine and a great price made the CC the only car I was going to buy, the only question was the color. I chose Light Brown with the two tone interior. Upon introduction, the Sport is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 200-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 21-mpg in the city and 31-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The VR6 4Motion is equipped with a standard 3.6-liter, V6, 280-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. The 2009 LaCrosse is a 4-door, up to 6-passenger luxury sedan, available in 3 trims, ranging from the CX to the Super. GM has taken the Regal, Century package and slightly converted it to the LaCrosse.Where is a new front end. The lamps are outdated, and look like the Ford Taurus, many years ago.The V8 5.3 liter engine is strong and powerfull. But the 4 speed 4T65E-HD trany can typically only support up to 280 foot pounds of torque. Thus, pushing the V8 5.3 hard shows the ECM is programmed to ramp up at a certain rate, as to not damage the transmission. A good move by Buick. The Impala SS has the same feature. But than, why purchase a V8, if ramping up is heavily mellowed down. 330 Pounds of torque may be too much for the trany, if constantly abused of. But than, Buick owners are rather old, so chances are they wont puch the car hard.Buick typically offer a good product for the price paid. The LaCrosse respects that. Its a very good car offering many years of reliability for familly use, or business men travelling all day long. The 3.6L V6 with 6 speed transmission should have been offered. Maybe there are too many of the old engines and older transmission on the shelves that need to be moved along. Thus Buick is still offering the 1987 four speed transmission, and 1987 V6 3.8L series engine. We may think this places the Buick LaCrosse in back of the competition. Well it doesn't. Some of its competitors have major problems with drive by wire Motorola E67 systems. Pushing hard on their accelerators turns out nothing. Morever, chances are there wont be any rattles in the Buick. Many cars from Japan may have a better name, but drive one for 131,000 km and 39 months, and you may come back to GM.LaCrosse is well recommended for everyday driving. Comfortable ride, good handling, good size, and reliableUpon introduction, the CX is equipped with a standard 3.8-liter, V6, 200-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 28-mpg on the highway. The Super is equipped with a standard 5.3-liter, V8, 300-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.

For 2009, a number of changes to the Buick LaCrosse focus on safety and convenience. For the first time, heated side mirrors are standard on all trim levels, and Bluetooth hands-free is available for all models.
