New Ford Winstar Cargo 2009 2010 : Reviews and Specs

When reviewing the 2009 2010 Ford Windstar we found plenty of passenger room, many times when we review new cars we find that the room available to passengers is limited, this was not the case with the 2009 2010 Ford Windstar. I got a good deal on it. I thought I might get 100,000 miles out of it if I was lucky. Almost 10 yrs. later and 211,00 miles of hard service it has never needed anything but a tune up, shocks and tires. It doesn't leak any fluids or use any oil. Im going to see just how long it will last. I am sold on these vans with the 4.6 liter engine. If it ever quits I will buy a new one with the same engine. 2009 Windstar Cargo is a 3-door, 2-passenger mini van, available in one trim only, the Van. Comparable vehicles in the marketplace to the 2009 2009 Ford Windstar Cargo include the Chevrolet Astro Cargo Van, the Dodge Ram Conversion Van, and the GMC Savana Cargo Van. The Windstar Cargo is equipped with a standard 3.8-liter, V6, 200-horsepower engine that achieves 18-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.Safety has always been a priority with Windstar. It was the first minivan to earn the U. S. government's five star front crash test rating. And since no single safety feature is more important than the next, we've equipped Windstar with over 40 others, all standard, including a new low tire pressure warning system for 2009. You also get versatile seating, a smooth car-like ride, and a standard 3.8L V6 strong enough to get you into the passing lane. And when properly equipped, Windstar can tow your camper-trailer weighing up to 3,500 pounds
