This is as capable and comfortable a vehicle as I have ever owned. It is not particularly exciting but it just does everything well. The V6 diesel power plant is what makes the car for me. It pulls like a V8 and the torque at high speed is quite amazing. The Mercedes CDi and the VW Touareg TDi are excellent choices but the Jeep price tag at 60 - 70% of these two vehicles makes the Jeep the best in class.
