Your AC are not cool although you are have been filled Freon. This is caused by leakage in your AC system. AC system can leak smoothly, so will cool after is cool but at longer time will cool less. So you must find the trouble maker. All part of AC must check with vacuum tester. The leakage will see now and you can repair that.
