The 2010 MAZDASPEED3 is a 4-door, 5-passenger wagon, available in one trim only, the Sport 5-Door. Test drove the 2010 MazdaSpeed3 today. Wow. Turbo is quick and smooth. Handles very well. Went to dealer to buy a fully loaded Grand Touring Mazda 3. While the guy was working up a sheet I noticed a new 2010 Speed out on the lot and asked for a test drive. Afterwards, test drove the Grand Touring again--why the hell even bother with that grocery getter? The worm has definitely turned for me. Will have to teach the wife to drive a stick again and there'll probably be lots of cursing involved, threats of divorce, etc. But she'll get used to itUpon introduction, the MAZDASPEED3 is equipped with a standard 2.3-liter, I4, 263-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 18-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard.
