The big news, as evidenced by the name change from 350Z to 370Z, is the 3.7-liter V-6 that goes under the hood. The bigger engine, which produces 330 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque in the Infiniti G37, will power a new Z that is lighter than the one it replaces—a perfect recipe for fun. Icing on the cake is speculation it may borrow the seven-speed, dual-clutch transmission from the GT-R.tThe 370z's interior is absolutly gorgeous and the exterior will have people doing a 360. but the headlights are alittle iffy. i think the legendary sports car should have its on unique styling. as soon as u see the front "maxima" comes to mind and it shouldn't.Looks a lot better than the 350Z. The old car looks too chunky. This car looks like it went on a diet and grew some muscles. I really like the rear roof-line and back side windows. The hood looks lower and longer. As for the small sports car, Nissan you really need to abandon the idea of FWD if you expect to compete with the Miata, Solstice or Sky. I remember reading recently that they were playing with the idea of introducing a small RWD four cyl coupe re-create the 240 that the kids love using for drifting and give some competion to the upcoming Subaru/Toyota RWD coupe. That sounds like a better idea than a sporty FWD coupe
